nA building with efficient energy that through a multidisciplinary approach, numerical models and simulations of the building has been obtained the certification of class A in energy efficiency.nnnA general reduction in thermal energy demand is estimated by 50% during the summer and about 80% during the winter.The consumption of primary heat and energy energy has been reduced, respectively, by 60% and 40%.nnnThe design of structures and installations was developed, also covering specialized aspects, such as geotechnical studies and facades.
