nnThe hospital Móstoles is the largest in Madrid and is one of the seven hospitals developed as a PPP project in this Community. In this gigantic hospital healthcare is provided to 180,000 citizens.nnnIt was in the year 2006 when the regional government of Madrid decided to request the construction of a series of new public hospitals to improve the supply of healthcare for the inhabitants of Madrid with a value of more than 6,5 million dollars. Long ago the PFI was a relatively new concept for the construction industry in the Spanish provinces, and moreover some new hospitals had been built in the last decades.nnnnThis new hospital is not only the largest in this city, but is also one of the seven hospitals developed as a public-private association for both the technical aspects and the hospital procedures of the Spanish nation.nnnThe firm of Cappio Health, with the advice provided by the banks that had been financing the project, will be communicated with the company Arup for both the technical and the related services and the hospital procedures of the PFI, and thus will support the technical services of the company Mpi and the city.
